Medal System
We will begin to reform our clan shortly. A member list will be also made up and we are considering using a medal system. The reason for that is because some members are more active than others, and we would like to reward them for that. You can vote if you want or dont want such a system at our forums; you will find the link on the bottom of the website.

Becoming a shaman
We have decided to change the requirements for shamans. Having a good record is no longer important ! IN FACT IT IS NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL. What matters is how enthusiastic you are about being our member. The only important factors are: how often you are on, and how many people you can recruit. Last time we had 5 shaman with great icons and records and no new recruits week after week ! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. From all the old shamans only NeverGiveUp will retain his position because he actually tried to recruit and thats what shamans are for. It isnt merely a pretty picture next to your name. The clan's chief cannot do all the recruitment like i did last time, i need to play Bnet so i can improve our image. I can't do that if I'm doing nothing but recruiting 24/7. New shams will be given 14 days to prove they can recruit, if you fail your task you will be demoted immediatly. PLEASE do not ask me to be a shaman as a personal favor if you do not intend to recruit !

Recruitment statistics and Goals
We have decided to take a different approach to member recruitment. Our goal is to reach 100 members which is why good shaman are essential. Our requirements will now be lowered to 45%, any icon. Please do not recruit anything below that since the reqs have already been lowered from 50%. This means that if you recruit someone with 44.9% you will be punished !. Those who recruit more members will earn points toward different medals AND favors from chief. For example: you could get your friend to join who is below reqs if you have earned a favor, of course you can get creative and ask for almost anything. With 100 members it should be easy to rise to the top and isnt that what we want?
